Kensa is two halves of one job. The inspector walks the house on an Android phone — section by section, shooting photos that sort into findings, talking instead of typing. The office holds every inspection as it arrives, edits anything the phone can, and sends the client their report.

Reads the office inbox for you: flags a client's email on your dashboard, drafts the reply — or sends the booking link when they ask to book — and offers to add them to your contacts. Keeps every inspection on your Google Calendar and tells you when something else in it collides with a job or a request.

Findings suggested from the photo
Point at what you shot and get a ranked shortlist of the condition, drawn from what your own reports have said about that component before. Accepted in a tap, corrected in two, never written for you.

What you said standing in the crawlspace, turned into the report language your clients already read — with what you actually said kept beside it.
The report checked before it goes
Every photo read against the finding written on it, and anything that disagrees flagged for you to look at — before the client has it, rather than after.
Nothing is written for you and nothing is sent without you: the assistant drafts and you send, every suggestion is a shortlist you accept, correct or ignore, and the report is yours until you publish it.
While Kensa is in beta, a plan is set up by hand rather than bought from this page — there is no card form here yet. Ask for the one you want and it takes effect on the phone’s next sync.

Thermal imaging

The FLIR ONE camera in the app — live thermal view, thermal photos, and those photos in the report.
The camera itself is a FLIR ONE, bought once from FLIR. On a phone older than Android 13 the app can’t drive it directly, and the images come in from FLIR’s own app instead.
Questions
- What do I need to run it?
- An Android phone running Android 8 or later, and a browser for the office. Dictation uses the phone’s own speech recognition; nothing else has to be installed.
- Does it work where there is no signal?
- The whole walk does. Photos, findings, dictation and the report are written on the phone, and the office catches up the moment there is signal again.
- Where do the findings come from?
- Your own reports. Kensa reads the conditions, recommendations and description fields you have already written, so the first report it produces sounds like the last one you sent.
